For decades, athletes have been trained to use the proper posture for their individual sport. From wrestling to figure skating, posture makes the difference between victory and defeat, between longevity and injury.

For the rest of us, posture has simply meant standing up straight. In this workshop we will unpack the roll of posture and movement patterns in everyday life. We will learn how to understand our movement and the posture they require in order to stay healthy and functional as we live life to the fullest!
