We are honored to welcome Karen Furneaux to the Spring Wellness Expo as our KEYNOTE SPEAKER. A 3x Olympian and 2x World Champion, Karen delivers a powerful message on resilience, performance, and mental health.
The Annex will be transformed into a blissful wellness oasis, filled with over 140 health and wellness experts, practitioners, and advisors ready to inspire a self-care journey just in time for Mother’s Day.
