This schedule gives the day a clear flow without feeling rushed. There is room for practical advice, personal stories, new ideas, and the kind of conversations that often continue long after a session ends.

Some sessions touch on health and wellness topics. The information shared is for general education and conversation only, and it should not replace advice from a qualified health professional.

The morning begins with boundaries, wellness, and women’s health

The day opens at 10:45 AM with Kelly Mitchell of One Toolbox Leadership™. Her session focuses on boundaries, wellness, and leading yourself first. It is a fitting starting point because so many parts of life feel easier when personal limits, energy, and priorities are clear.

At 11:15 AM, MEND|RX continues the wellness theme with a session on women’s health and wellness. This is a chance to hear more about health topics that affect daily life, long-term wellbeing, and the conversations many women are ready to have more openly.

Then at 11:50 AM, The Highlander Spa brings something visual and interactive with a live demonstration. A live demo adds a different pace to the schedule and gives guests something practical to watch in real time.

Midday brings real conversations about midlife and starting over

At 12:20 PM, Hotter by the Minute brings Shannon and Mary to the schedule for a conversation about menopause, midlife, and real life. This session is designed for the kind of honest, grounded discussion that helps people feel less alone and more informed.

At 12:40 PM, Sue Lyon of Lyoness Coaching presents The Truth About Starting Over. Starting over can mean many things. It might be a career change, a personal reset, a new relationship with health, or a season of rebuilding after a major life shift.

What makes this part of the day stand out is the mix of honesty and possibility. These sessions do not treat change as something to hide from. They bring it into the room and make space for thoughtful conversation.

The afternoon focuses on nourishment, confidence, and health from the inside out

At 1:00 PM, Health Coach Collaborative leads a session on nourishing menopause and finding your B.A.L.A.N.C.E. through nutrition. Food, energy, habits, and body changes can all feel connected, especially during midlife. This session offers a nutrition-focused lens on supporting wellness in a realistic way.

At 1:30 PM, Serena Haines presents TURNED ON. This session explores pleasure, confidence, relationships, and coming alive. It brings a bold and refreshing tone to the day, with space for topics that are often kept too quiet.

The speaking schedule wraps at 2:05 PM with Britanny Croteau of Destress & Detox and her session, Restore Your Gut, Restore Your Health. Gut health is a popular topic for good reason, as many people are curious about how digestion, stress, food, and wellbeing may connect. This session closes the lineup with a focus on restoration and feeling better from the inside out.

The day also includes workshops, music, dancing, and fashion

The Fall Women’s Show is not only about the speaker lineup. The schedule includes several experiences that guests can enjoy between sessions or as part of the full day.

Look for these added highlights:

  • Vision Board Workshops

Held at 11 AM and 3 PM, these workshops offer a creative way to think about goals, dreams, style, wellness, or the next season of life.

  • Silent Disco

Running from 11 AM to 3 PM, the silent disco adds movement, music, and play to the day.

  • Live music with Julia Tynes

Live music helps give the show a welcoming, feel-good atmosphere.

  • Celebrate Your Curves Fashion Show

This fashion show brings style, confidence, and body celebration into the spotlight.

The mix of sessions and activities gives the day a lively rhythm. Guests can sit in on a talk, visit exhibitors, join a workshop, dance for a song or two, enjoy live music, and catch the fashion show.

How to make the most of the show

A little planning can help the day feel relaxed. Start by choosing the speaker sessions that matter most, then leave open space around them for browsing, workshops, music, and conversation.

If wellness topics are your main draw, the morning and early afternoon are packed with sessions on health, menopause, nutrition, and gut health. If inspiration and personal growth are calling, make time for boundaries, starting over, confidence, and relationships.

The best part is that the day does not ask guests to pick only one kind of experience. The Fall Women’s Show brings learning and fun together in one place.

Come listen, learn, connect, and enjoy a day filled with ideas, energy, and community. The schedule is full, the conversations are meaningful, and the atmosphere is made for having fun while discovering something new.
