Meet Our Gold Sponsors at The Fall Women’s Show
A great women’s show is more than a day out. It is a place to ask better questions, meet helpful people, discover local services, and leave with something useful to carry into everyday life.
That is why we are so excited to welcome three incredible Gold Sponsors to The Fall Women’s Show, happening Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cedar Event Centre in Clayton Park.
This year’s Gold Sponsors bring together wellness education, hands-on health support, and practical self-leadership tools. Each one offers something meaningful for women navigating real life, from changing health needs to family demands, work stress, confidence, communication, and community connection.

Health Coach Collaborative brings education for the people who support wellness
Based in Halifax, Health Coach Collaborative, also known as HCC, provides professional education and training for nutritionists, healthcare practitioners, and wellness coaches.
Their work focuses on helping wellness professionals build the knowledge and confidence they need to better support clients. Their programs combine nutrition education, client coaching, and business-building skills, which makes their approach both practical and people-centred.
HCC also offers specialized training in areas that matter deeply to many women, including perimenopause and menopause support. These life stages can bring questions about energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, body changes, and long-term well-being. Having educated, well-trained wellness professionals in this space can make a real difference.
At The Fall Women’s Show, Health Coach Collaborative will be a great stop for anyone interested in women’s wellness education, the coaching field, or support options connected to nutrition and midlife health.
Their presence also adds value for practitioners attending the show. Nutritionists, wellness coaches, and health-focused professionals can connect with a Halifax-based organization that understands both client care and the realities of building a sustainable wellness practice.

MEND|RX supports women’s health through many life stages
MEND|RX is a Halifax multidisciplinary clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture. Their team has a strong focus on women’s health through every stage of life, which makes their work especially relevant for this event.
Women’s health needs can shift significantly over time. Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic health, aging, mobility, pain, activity levels, and prevention can all play a role in daily comfort and confidence. MEND|RX brings a broad range of services together in one clinic setting, giving clients access to different types of care depending on their needs.
Their services include specialized pelvic floor physiotherapy, prenatal and postpartum care, and movement-based support. They also offer free community classes for women 60+ and Pilates classes, creating opportunities for education, strength, and connection.
For many guests, MEND|RX will be a valuable sponsor to meet because pelvic health and women’s physical wellness are still not talked about enough. The show creates a welcoming setting to learn, ask questions, and find out what support may be available.
As always, health information shared at the event is for educational purposes. Personal care decisions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider.

One Toolbox Leadership helps women practise self-leadership every day
One Toolbox Leadership™, founded by Kelly Mitchell, offers a practical approach to self-leadership that applies at home, at work, and in daily life.
Kelly’s work focuses on four essential skills:
Boundaries
Knowing where energy, time, and responsibility begin and end.
Communication
Speaking with clarity, honesty, and confidence.
Consistency
Building habits and choices that support the life you want to live.
Resilience
Moving through challenge with steadiness, self-trust, and purpose.
These skills are simple to name, but not always easy to practise. Many women carry full schedules, caregiving roles, work pressures, relationship demands, and community commitments. Self-leadership can help create more clarity in the middle of all of that.
One Toolbox Leadership™ brings a grounded message to The Fall Women’s Show. It is about protecting energy, choosing words with care, staying connected to personal values, and navigating life with more confidence.
Hear all three Gold Sponsors take the stage
One of the best reasons to attend this year is the chance to hear from all three of our Gold Sponsors during special talks created for women.
These talks will give guests the opportunity to learn directly from the people behind the organizations. Expect useful, real-life information you can take with you, whether your focus is health, movement, midlife support, confidence, communication, or personal growth.
You will also have the chance to ask questions, explore services, and continue the conversation after each session. That is part of what makes this event special. It brings helpful resources into one welcoming space, with time to connect face to face.
